CHAARTKD 跆拳道 was found in State College by MASTER SAM CHAAR over 20 years ago. Since then, his school has grown to become one of the premier and best known matial arts centers in Central Pennsylvania.

MASTER SAM CHAAR has enjoyed teaching many students over the years and to-date, still teaches the classes in person. He has promoted numerous quality Black Belt students and masters, some of whom have gone on to open their own martial arts schools.
